You are one of the biggest part of our event! We value our Volunteers and we want you to have a positive experience working with us.  As a ZM Racks & Beyond volunteer, you will receive a Volunteer Presale pass for the event.  The first Presale hours are setup for all volunteers and consignors to shop BEFORE the general public so you will get the best items and deals!!  Click here for Event Schedule.

  • 4-hour shift Volunteer = 1 Presale pass to access third hour of sale
  • 6-hour shift Volunteer/Consignor= 2 Presale passes to access the second hour of sale.  Consignors with 6-hour shift will earn 65% of sale
  • 8-hour shift Volunteer/Consignor = 2 VIP Presale passes to access the first hour of sale. Consignors with 8-hour shift volunteer hours will earn 70% of sale

**8-hour Volunteer AND Consignor shifts can be spread throughout the event.  Feel free to take along a helper with you,  it will count as an extra shift.  If you are unable to make it to your scheduled shifts you can appoint a substitute to represent you. We will work with your busy schedule.

.There is a lot of preparation before, during, and after the sale event so we need a good team of volunteers to help us out. Volunteering is fun and easy, it is also a great way to meet new people!   Here are the different ways to volunteer.

BEFORE THE EVENT

  • Setup
  • Check-In Consignors
  • Quality control

DURING THE EVENT

  • Check-out shoppers
  • Organize sales items
  • Assist shoppers

We need the most volunteers on April 4th between 8am-5pm.

AFTER THE EVENT

  • Sort unsold items
  • Prepare unsold items for pickup or donation
  • Clean up

We need the most volunteers on April 6th between 4pm-8pm.

NOTE: We are asking our volunteers to please arrive 15 minutes before your shift. As much as we love kids, children are not allowed during work shifts for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
